2 pounds chicken parts (on the bone)
2 TBS olive oil (or vegetable oil or margarine is fine)
1 can Campbell's Cream of Chicken Soup
1/4 cup water
1/4 teaspoon poultry seasoning*
4 canned peach halves, drained
In a skillet, brown chicken in olive oil; pour off fat. Add remaining ingredients except peaches. Cover; simmer 45 minutes or until tender. Add peaches; heat. Makes 4 servings.
*For a little more flavor, sprinkle Lawry's Seasoned Salt to taste, once chicken is served!
